Who we are
Types of data we collect
CPRE Kent does not currently use website cookies.
When someone visits www.cprekent.org.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out information such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
CPRE Kent does not monitor any usage through our guest Wifi.

As a member/supporter of CPRE Kent you are entitled to receive as part of your subscription a bi-annual magazine called Kent Voice, which is posted out twice a year to the address supplied to us by CPRE National Office. The mailing out of our magazine is handled by a third-party mail house, A L Mailing. A L Mailing is formally contracted to CPRE Kent to use your data for the sole purpose of the mailing out of Kent Voice, after which your data will be permanently deleted from its system. If you do not wish to receive the Kent Voice, then please email the office on email@example.com or use the contact form on this website.
When you submit an entry on our contact form on our website, we will store the specific data you have submitted (name, address, telephone number, email) on our system until such time that the entry has been reviewed and responded to. If you would prefer no personal data to be stored, then please contact the office direct at firstname.lastname@example.org instead of using the contact form.
