Merry Christmas… and thank you

Rest assured we’ll be back in the New Year doing what we do best – fighting for and celebrating rural Kent

We’ve hit that time again when we thank you all for your support of CPRE Kent.

In a way the message remains the same from year to year: we couldn’t battle to keep our county’s countryside beautiful without you. But however familiar the refrain, it’s true: we acknowledge and welcome all that you do for our charity and for Kent.

Christmas is a time for most of us to take a breather from the things that occupy our thoughts and efforts during the rest of the year, but rest assured we’ll be back in the New Year doing what we do best – fighting for and celebrating rural Kent.

And while we don’t want to spread a note of gloom at this time, you are unlikely to be unaware that the danger to our countryside, its people and its wildlife would appear to be getting ramped up more than ever.

The importance of the natural environment – which we heard so much about during the Covid pandemic – seems to be being forgotten very quickly by some in positions of authority. This means our work is more important than ever… and we need you more than ever.

So do please stay with us and perhaps consider sharing the gift of CPRE Kent membership with those you care most about. Please see this website for details.
