Tonbridge & Malling

Tonbridge and Malling is a diverse district from the edges of the High Weald around Tonbridge, northwards to the small towns of West and East Malling and up to the villages, quarries and industry of the Medway Valley around Aylesford and Snodland.

Development pressure in Tonbridge & Malling has been particularly intense recently, despite the fact that much of the borough is in the Metropolitan Green Belt and/or the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
